Our mission is to work in partnership with health care practices, hospitals, schools, child care centers, and other community settings to enhance your capacity to offer state–of–the–art, evidence-based asthma education and treatment. By doing so, we seek to improve asthma outcomes in children and lower the need for asthma–related pediatric hospitalizations, emergency department visits, and school absences. Serving Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties.
For Child Care Centers
Asthma is a leading chronic illness among children and youth in the United States and a leading cause of school absenteeism. Asthma may limit a child’s ability to learn, sleep, and play.
For Schools
